PATIENT REGISTRATION TOKENS
₦381 / patient / year

One token registers one patient and covers one calendar year from registration. Use another token to renew for the next year. The patient’s existing medical history stays intact.

For example100 patient tokens = ₦38,100Validity starts when each patient is registered.

AI credits and SMS units are purchased separately.

Yes. There is no software licence fee or monthly software subscription. Patient tokens cost ₦381 per patient, per year. AI credits and SMS units are additional purchases.

What happens when a patient token expires?＋

Use another token to renew the patient’s registration. Their previous medical history is retained; renewal does not create a new patient record.

Can we manage more than one facility?＋

Create an organisation account, then add your facilities. Staff work within their authorised facility and role.

Can we move from our existing EMR?＋

Our team can help plan migration from your current EMR. We review your available data, mapping and validation requirements with you to support continuity of patient records.

Can we host HFaMaS on-site?＋

Contact Caldoc Systems about the enterprise package for larger hospitals that prefer on-site hosting, or a custom build for your institution.
